Dr. Tillou and Dr. Corron-Dundon invite you to become a client of Waldoboro Chiropractic & Spa!

Dr. Debra Tillou is a 1985 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West.  She also holds a B.A. in Psychology and graduated from the San Francisco College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  She lives in Waldoboro with her husband and four children.  She established this office in 1993 after practicing in California.
  

Dr. Lisa Corron-Dundon is a graduate of Parker Chiropractic College, 2002.  She holds a B.S. in Nutrition.  She is also licensed to provide chiropractic acupuncture.  She lives with her husband in Wells.  She joined this office in 2000.

    Stacy Nash, LMT a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), graduated from Downeast School of Massage in Waldoboro, Maine in 2004.  She is a certified sports massage therapist and specializes in therapeutic rehabilitation of musculature function as well as clinical flexibility and therapeutic exercise.  Other areas of training include Swedish relaxation, hot stone, assisted stretching and cancer massage.  Stacy aims to promote therapeutic touch and healing in a safe and professional environment, to assist in healing and promote knowledge of the body's muscle tissue and sense of well being while providing holistic awareness to each client encouraging health, nutrition and movement in everyday life.

   Kathleen Ocean, LMT also a registered nurse, has been practicing in the Midcoast region since 1990.  A graduate of the Downeast School of Massage in Waldoboro, Maine, Kathleen believes her mind/body approach to healing is very beneficial to deep relaxation and pain management. She combines her clinical knowledge and intuition to provide individualized care for her massage patients.  Each massage session is tailored to meet the individual's needs whether it be trigger point therapy, myofacial release and deep kneading or quiet relaxation with Swedish technique.  Additionally Kathleen offers a facial massage and rejuvenation cleanse that includes massage of the neck, shoulders and feet.

   Megan Johnston, LMT originally from Bangor, Maine settled in the Midcoast about three years ago after marrying her husband, Peter.  They have a daughter, India, and are happy to be living on the coast of Maine.  Megan graduated from Fuller Circles for Therapeutic Massage in Oakland, Maine in 2004.  Her specialties include Swedish/relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, and neuromuscular therapy.  Megan values continuing education opportunities and is motivated to learn new techniques to further help people on their road to wellness.

   Julie Ayer Rogers, LMT graduated in 1998 from the Oregon School of Massage in Portland, Oregon.  Raised in Northern Maine, she returned to the Midcoast area in 1999 and has practiced massage at Waldoboro Chiropractic since 2002.  With Swedish massage as the foundation of her work ,Julie employs myofacial release and deep tissue therapy in her personalized treatments.  With a strong personal background in yoga and training in Thai Massage, some sessions may include therapeutic stretches on the table and to take home.  Julie works with a firm but gentle touch while assisting her clients to open and lengthen their fascia and musculature.  She enjoys working with her clients addressing a wide range of needs including prenatal and postpartum support.

Pam Simmons, LMT a 1996 graduate of Downeast School of Massage in Waldoboro, Maine, she is Nationally certified.  Pam specializes in Cranial Sacral and energy work which improve the structural intregrity of the body by healing and releasing old holding patters of stress and tension.  Pam is also a shiatsu practitioner and Baby's First Massage instructor.

     Kathy Timm Sherman, LMT was born and raised in Barrington, N.H., but has spent much of her adult life in Montana.  After owning and operating the "Pamper Parlor Beauty Shop" for 20 years, Kathy became a massage therapist in 1995 and worked with three chiropractors before moving to Maine in 2000.  Since 2002 she has been working at Waldoboro Chiropractic specializing in deep tissue therapy and cross fiber friction.

Tiffany Willey, LMT graduated from Spa Tech Massage School in 2006.  She specializes in Swedish, Therapeutic and Pregnancy massage and her concentration is in myofascial work.  Myofascial work involves direct manipulation of the fascia - a connective tissue that surrounds all of our muscles and tendons.  Congestion within this tissue can lead to muscle pain and fatigue, and treatments to relax the fascia can result in significant pain reduction and increased mobility.  Willey enjoys combining relaxing yet beneficial techniques to every session.  Neuromuscular, Positional Release, Trigger Point and Polarity therapy are other techniques that she incorporates into sessions.  Polarity is the relaxing technique that utilizes light touch on precise points along the body to facilitate energy balance within a client, as well as physical and mental relief of pain.  Willey has also received training in foot/ankle/hip therapy, hot stone treatments, and essential oil therapies.                          

 Cynthia Stevenson, CA, was raised in Auburn Maine.  Her educational background includes UMF associates in science-dietetic tech/asst. dietitian, UMO Bachelor of science-health and family life education, NYCC license in chiropracatic clinical ancillary services, Reiki Practitioner 2nd degree.  Her true strength is working well with people and truly caring about our patients.  As a chiropractic assistant she does the physiotherapies such as ultra sound, muscle stimulation, hot/cold therapy etc.  Assisting the chiropractor and patient so that all needs are met in the promotion towards better health.
